Join Conor Curran for a week of Greek-inspired recipes and simple, soulful home cooking rooted in his family’s village traditions.

Making the most of the Mediterranean landscape surrounding Case Vecchie, this experience focuses on authentic Greek techniques and flavors, giving you a strong foundation to recreate these dishes in your own kitchen. Along the way, we’ll explore the rhythms of slow village life, where Greek and rural Sicilian food cultures beautifully intertwine.
