Photo Release
By joining us at Anna Tasca Lanza guests give ATL staff and other guests the right and unrestricted permission to take photos to be used and published in whole or in part, individually, or in connection with other material on the internet for any purpose whatsoever, specifically including illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, and trade, without restriction as to alteration unless expressly forbid by the guest in writing prior to arrival.
Wifi
Password protected wifi at Case Vecchie and other accommodations on the estate is provided to the best of the school’s ability. However, being situated in rural Sicily the connection is not always reliable nor strong. If you need uninterrupted internet connection during your stay, we recommend you speak with your home operating service provider for an unlimited data plan or purchase an Italian SIM card through TIM or Vodafone.
Cancellation Policy
Anna Tasca Lanzaʼs top priority is ensuring that all our guests, students, workshop leaders, and staff feel comfortable, safe, and confident at the cooking school.
- Signature Stays & Workshops: A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit, as well as any subsequent payments, is non-refundable.
- Final payment: The remaining balance is due 60 days before the program start date.
- Lunch Lessons: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
- Cancellations more than 60 days before the program start date: Any amount paid may be transferred to a credit for a future booking within one calendar year of the original program date. The credit may be transferred to another person but is non-refundable.
- Cancellations within 60 days of the program start date: No refund or credit will be issued.
- Medical and personal circumstances: Cancellations due to illness, injury, family emergencies, or other personal circumstances are subject to the standard cancellation policy. We are therefore unable to make individual exceptions.
- Cancellation requests: All cancellations must be submitted by email to info@annatascalanza.com.
- Program cancellations by Anna Tasca Lanza: In the rare event that Anna Tasca Lanza cancels a program, guests will be entitled to a refund of payments made to Anna Tasca Lanza.
- Travel expenses: Anna Tasca Lanza is not responsible for flights, transportation or any other travel-related expenses incurred by guests.
- Travel insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for cancellations, illness, emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances.
- Currency: All prices are in euros (€). Anna Tasca Lanza is not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates.
