Costs include indicated lesson, meal, and base wines from the Regaleali estate. If you are interested in tasting flagship wines, please let us know ahead of time so we can advise you of cost and availability.

The meal is served with wines from the Tasca d’Almerita estate. The cooking lesson includes three or four courses.

Unfortunately we cannot host people with celiac disease or a vegan diet. This is due to the lack of availability of special ingredients in our rural and isolated location.

Airfare and private transportation to and from Case Vecchie are not included in the cost. At the time of booking, please let us know if you would like to book a ride to and from the estate. 

Group Lunch Lesson

We firmly believe that Case Vecchie is a place that deserves time, but we understand if you aren’t able to spend the night with us. Please take a good look at how to arrive: we’re in the rural heart of Sicily and a 2 – 2.5 hour drive on windy roads from either Palermo or Catania.

A hands-on cooking lesson followed by a leisurely lunch in the typical Sicilian family style. Each lesson covers four courses of family recipes with ingredients from the estate. Wines from Tasca d’Almerita are served with lunch. 

Sample menu: panelle, handmade cavatelli with tomato sauce, involtini di carne, and cassata.
