Terms and Conditions

Anna Tasca Lanzaʼs top priority is ensuring that all our guests, students, workshop leaders, and

staff feel comfortable, safe, and confident at the cooking school.

• A 30% non-refundable deposit will be required upon receipt of your Booking Form and confirmation from our team. Please note that the payment must be made within seven days of receiving our payment link, otherwise ATL reserves the right to cancel your booking.
• The outstanding balance of your booking is paid 30 days prior to the start of the reservation.
• In the case of cancellation after deposit payment but before 30 days prior to the start of the reservation, the deposit can be kept as a voucher for a future booking within one calendar year. If canceled after 30 days prior to the start of the reservation, no refund or credit will be given and the full cost of the course will be retained by ATL. We do not offer refunds.
• We only accept cancellations by email.
• Prices are in Euros and we are not responsible for fluctuations in the exchange rate.
• Canceling due to medical reasons or personal reasons still falls under normal cancellation policy. In the case of cancellation, ATL is not liable for any travel or other related costs incurred by the guest. We strongly advise all guests to purchase travel insurance that includes coverage of operator cancellations. Most standard policies do.
