Terms and Conditions

Anna Tasca Lanzaʼs top priority is ensuring that all our guests, students, workshop leaders, and staff feel comfortable, safe, and confident at the cooking school.

• A 30% non-refundable deposit will be required upon booking.
• The outstanding balance of your booking is paid maximum 30 days prior to the start of the booked date.
• In the case of cancellation after deposit payment, but before the 30 days prior to the start of the reservation, the deposit can be kept as a voucher for a future booking within one year from the start date of the initial program. If canceled after 30 days prior to the start of the reservation, no refund or credit will be given and the full cost of the course will be retained by Anna Tasca Lanza. 
• We do not offer refunds, except when Anna Tasca Lanza is the responsible party for the cancellation in cause.
• We only accept cancellations by email. 
• Prices are in euros (€) and we are not responsible for fluctuations in the exchange rate.
• Canceling due to medical reasons or personal reasons still falls under normal cancellation policy. In the case of cancellation, ATL is not liable for any travel or other related costs incurred by the guest. We strongly advise all guests to purchase travel insurance that includes coverage of operator cancellations. Most standard policies do.
