Photo Release
By joining us at Anna Tasca Lanza guests give ATL staff and other guests the right and unrestricted permission to take photos to be used and published in whole or in part, individually, or in connection with other material on the internet for any purpose whatsoever, specifically including illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, and trade, without restriction as to alteration unless expressly forbid by the guest in writing prior to arrival.
Wifi
Password protected wifi at Case Vecchie and other accommodations on the estate is provided to the best of the school’s ability. However, being situated in rural Sicily the connection is not always reliable nor strong. If you need uninterrupted internet connection during your stay, we recommend you speak with your home operating service provider for an unlimited data plan or purchase an Italian SIM card through TIM or Vodafone.
Cancellation Policy
Anna Tasca Lanzaʼs top priority is ensuring that all our guests, students, workshop leaders, and staff feel comfortable, safe, and confident at the cooking school.
- For Signature Stays and Workshops, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required at booking. Guests may choose to pay the full amount upfront, though all payments are non-refundable.
- For Lunch Lessons, guests are required to pay the full amount upfront in order to secure their reservation.
- If you cancel more than 60 days before your program start date, any amount paid can be used as a credit for a future booking within one calendar year.
- No credit or refund will be given for cancellations made within 60 days of the start date.
- Refunds are only issued in the rare event that Anna Tasca Lanza cancels the program.
- Cancellations must be requested via email directly at info@annatascalanza.com
- All prices are in euros (€). We are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
- Cancellations due to medical or personal reasons fall under the standard policy.
- We are not liable for travel or related expenses – travel insurance is strongly recommended.
