Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate guests with celiac disease or a vegan diet due to the limited availability of specific ingredients in our rural and isolated location.

Our signature four-night stay at Case Vecchie is an invitation to slow down and settle into the rhythms of rural Sicily. Here, surrounded by rolling wheat fields and ancient olive groves, you’ll explore the island’s food landscapes: through the ingredients, the stories, and the people who tend them. But it’s also a time to rest. To breathe deeply. To let the pace of the land reshape your own.

Case Vecchie is a home, and those who join us become family.
You’ll share meals crafted from the season’s harvest, learn hands-on in the kitchen, and sit at long tables where conversation lingers as long as the light. This is a place for those who seek something deeper than tourism—an experience where food becomes connection, and Sicily reveals itself slowly, bite by bite.

Your stay includes two hands-on cooking classes, three shared lunches, four abundant breakfasts, and four seasonal dinners—each designed to introduce you to the breadth of Sicilian cuisine and local ingredients. Meals are paired with Tasca d’Almerita wines, and you’ll visit the nearby Tenuta Regaleali winery, where the Tasca family’s wine journey began in the 1950s—on the very land where Case Vecchie stands today.

The team at Anna Tasca Lanza are so welcoming and so professional. Accommodation is charming, food and wine are first class and the whole stay is beautifully orchestrated. Thank you so much!

Generosity, laughter and sharing knowledge. Such great hospitality in the fullest sense: being looked after and cared for, being pampered… wonderful food, shared stories.

We learned a lot about Sicilian food, wine and culture during our time there. The setting, landscape, gardens and most of all - the people - shine a bright light on the joy of food and friends. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to get to know Sicilian food culture better and venture into the gorgeous interior of Sicily that surprises and delights.
