Cook the Farm Goes Fishing will run with a minimum of eight participants and maximum of 14. The course will be confirmed 60 days before the beginning. In case of insufficient number of participants, the course will be canceled.

Should the course not be confirmed because of the lack of participants 60 days prior to the beginning date, the retreat will be cancelled.
Please note that we suggest purchasing flight tickets once the course will be 100% confirmed. We encourage all travelers to book travel insurance that covers operator cancellations in the case of an emergency. There have been situations where inclement weather has caused cancellations or delays in boats to and from the island. You may want to consider purchasing a flexible ticket or arranging for departure one or two days after the course ends.
October is a lovely time, but we will be outdoors and out to sea. That means wear clothes that are comfortable, easy to layer, and warm. We can hopefully count on some sunny blue Sicilian skies, but be prepared for rain. Despite accommodations in a five star resort, this isn’t time for fancy lounge wear! We’re here to have fun, be active, cook, eat and discover Salina. Make sure you have comfortable walking/hiking shoes and some sort of rain gear. Laundry is available by item.
Of course. Please let us know if you have any food allergies or intolerances upon your booking. We will do our best to substitute accordingly. We are able to accommodate gluten-free diets, but our kitchen is not set up for those with severe celiac disease.
