I am not a trained chef.
I can skip a meal.
I don’t care about food or recipes per se.
I don’t want to be politically correct and if I feel like it I shall grab a packet of chips and devour them.
But if I need to cheer up, I MUST have a soup of boiled escarole and tuma cheese!
I like food for what it leads you to: relation, beauty, sex, sense of plenty and perfect joy.
I like making food because it involves my brains and hands at the same time.
I like food for the beauty that goes with it, the beauty of a shrimp wrapped in orange and red.
My blog will be about experiencing life, places and people through food, not only recipes; I am interested in hands and processes, faces and shapes.
